Cribber/Foundation Workers ($22-$30 an hour based on experience) Exceptional experience may allow for higher compensation; inquire for more information.

Responsibilities

- Install and strip concrete forms for footings, conventionally formed walls, ICF.
- Install and strip rebar for footings, conventionally formed walls, ICF.
- Ensure work is completed to Extreme’s safety standards and quality specifications.

Requirements:

- Experience in cribbing/foundations is valued.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.




- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
