We’re hiring Full-time Concrete Finishers. If you have a passion for quality craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a drive to contribute to a team, this could be the perfect fit! The Concrete Finisher will work on diverse projects including new construction, restoration, and renovation sites, involved in the successful completion of high-quality concrete work.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in Construction? That’s a plus!
- Tool Proficiency: Must be familiar with basic tools and their protected operation; including using hand tools and power tools to achieve a smooth, level finish.
- Communication Skills: You’ll need to report and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Problem-Solving: Able to think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on.
- Teamwork: We work together – and we work hard!
- Physical Stamina: Concrete work requires physical strength and long hours. Must have the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities:

- Operate Small Excavation Equipment: Operating equipment safely for tasks such as lifting and positioning forms or materials.
- Safety: Must have a strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures.
- Power Trowel Operation (Walk-behind & Ride-on)
- Set Grades, Formwork, and Concrete Finishing
- Surface Finishing: Using hand tools (trowels,



floats) and power tools (mixers, grinders) to perfect concrete.
- Install Fixtures: Anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and more.
- Surface Curing: Apply compounds to harden and seal concrete.
- Concrete Maintenance: Waterproof, damp-proof, and restore surfaces.
- General Labour: From loading/unloading materials to keeping the site clean.
- Formwork: Erect and dismantle concrete forms.
- Level Earth: Fine-grade base for precise project specifications.
