Who We Are Looking For

1. Site Leaders & Lead Hands (Experienced)

- Forming & Layout: Skilled in setting up, aligning, and grading forms for sidewalks, curbs, pads, and foundation walls.
- Pouring & Finishing: Confident with floating, broom finishes, troweling, and managing pour logistics.
- Site Ownership: Ability to work independently, manage a site without direct oversight, or lead by example on the tools.

2. Motivated Trainees / Labourers (Will Train!)

- Lesser Experience Welcome: If you don't have deep concrete experience yet but know how to use power/hand tools, have a great work ethic, and want to learn a skilled trade, we are happy to teach you.
- Growth Chance: We provide hands-on training so you can build a long-term career and move up in pay as your skills develop.

Requirements

- Experience: Ranges from 0–1 years with general tool/construction experience up to 3+ years in concrete forming/finishing for lead roles.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and ready to work hard outdoors.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license (ability to drive crew trucks or tow trailers is a major asset).

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
