We are looking for an experienced Condominium Property Manager who can provide exceptional service to our existing clients while also playing an active role in the continued growth of our company. This position is ideal for someone who is a solid communicator, relationship builder, and motivated professional who enjoys both property operations and business development.

A valid CMRAO General License is required.

Position Overview The Condominium Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned condominium communities, working closely with Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and internal staff. The successful candidate will manage property operations, financial performance, maintenance coordination, and client relationships while also supporting company growth initiatives.

A key component of this role will be assisting with the acquisition of new condominium management contracts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with networking, building industry relationships, reaching out to potential clients,



cold calling, attending meetings, and identifying opportunities to grow our portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements

CMRAO General License (Required)

Minimum 3 years of condominium or residential property management experience

Strong knowledge of the Condominium Management Services Act (CMSA) and related legislation

Proven ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service and relationship management abilities

Comfortable communicating with Boards, owners, residents, vendors, and prospective clients

Basic sales and business development experience required

Ability and confidence to prospect, cold call, network, and generate new business opportunities

Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and client meetings is an asset

Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

Condominium Management

Manage all aspects of day-to-day condominium operations

Act as the primary point of contact for Boards, residents, owners, and contractors

Attend Board meetings, prepare reports, and provide professional recommendations





Conduct regular property inspections and ensure communities are maintained to company standards

Oversee maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency situations

Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers

Ensure repairs and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Financial & Administrative Management

Assist with operating budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting

Review financial statements and variance reports

Monitor monthly spending and identify cost-saving opportunities

Assist with purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements

Support collections, arrears follow-up, and compliance procedures

Maintain accurate records using property management software

Business Development & Growth

Assist in growing the company’s condominium management portfolio

Build relationships with condominium boards, developers, industry professionals, and referral partners

Identify and pursue new management opportunities

Conduct outreach, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups with prospective clients

Attend industry events and meetings to generate new relationships

Assist with preparing management proposals and presentations

Represent the company professionally and help showcase our service standards
