Responsibilities

- Prepare and set up construction sites by installing formwork, rebar frameworks, and scaffolding to ensure proper foundation and structural support.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and cranes safely and efficiently to move materials and assist with large-scale tasks.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces with precision, ensuring smoothness and adherence to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute building plans, including masonry layouts and concrete forms.
- Install rebar reinforcement within concrete structures for added strength and durability while maintaining safety standards.
- Perform carpentry tasks related to framing, flooring installation, and restoration work to support various phases of construction projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials; perform caulking and sealing as needed for finishing touches.




- Conduct masonry work such as laying bricks or blocks with attention to detail; assist with renovation projects by restoring existing structures.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting operations and when working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Collaborate with team members using schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of all construction tasks.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on building and concrete work in residential or commercial settings.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry techniques, flooring installation, and restoration projects.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for precise execution.
- Experience using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, trowels alongside power tools including drills, saws, grinders.
- Knowledge of welding practices is a plus for structural modifications or repairs requiring metalwork expertise.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks over extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety standards relevant to construction sites to promote a secure working environment.
