Harbour Hills is a mid-sized construction company based in Hamilton, Ontario, delivering unique commercial builds and multi-family residential projects across Southern Ontario — from Hamilton to Niagara and throughout the GTA. We're not a cookie-cutter shop — our projects are varied, challenging, and finished to a standard our clients notice. We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team.

The role

Reporting to our Site Superintendent, you'll take on carpentry work across a range of active projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their trade and takes pride in doing it right the first time.

Day to day, you'll work across:

- Rough carpentry and wood & steel stud framing
- Drywall and taping
- Millwork installation
- Finish carpentry — flooring, baseboards, casing, trim, and detail work

What we're looking for

- 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, from framing through finish
- Solid, dependable workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive presence on site
- Full G driver's license
- Clean criminal record
- Your own tools and reliable vehicle

Location: In person, on project sites across Southern Ontario — Hamilton, Niagara, and the GTA. You must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between job sites.
