Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate various aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will empower teams to work efficiently and effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in construction management.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules and timelines using construction management software such as Primavera P6.

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

- Coordinate procurement processes, including construction estimating and managing subcontractor bids with tools like HeavyBid.

- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules.





- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D to track progress, update documentation, and facilitate communication across teams.

- Manage project documentation meticulously, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.

- Support project management by monitoring time management practices, resource allocation, and adherence to project budgets.
