AJ’s One Stop Construction

AJ’s One Stop Construction is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into full time employment as our workload increases.

We work on a variety of residential construction and renovation projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, works well as part of a team, and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities

- Assist with residential construction and renovation projects
- Assist with demolition, framing, carpentry and general construction tasks
- Load, unload and move tools and construction materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Assist experienced tradespeople as required
- Follow instructions and job-site safety procedures
- Travel to various job sites as scheduled

Qualifications




- Some previous construction or carpentry knowledge is preferred
- Must have own basic construction hand tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel to various job sites
- Must be proficient in spoken English to understand instructions and communicate safely on the job site
- Must be physically capable of performing construction-related duties
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be willing to learn and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliability is essential for this position. Our projects depend on our crew arriving on time and ready to work as scheduled. Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
