We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success through effective planning, resource management, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align project goals and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee site safety protocols, quality control measures, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and bid evaluations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or as a construction project manager with a background in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for various types of construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools under the same umbrella.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and cost control techniques.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while maintaining transparent communication channels.
