The Site Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating all field operations required to construct the project which includes all on‑site construction activities.

- Work with the project manager to coordinate all site activities in order to meet schedule in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and Trade Contracts;
- Ensure project materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and design requirements;
- Provides weekly updates and meetings on project status;
- Work with contracting companies in order to get supplies, equipment and additional labour to meet construction schedule
- Must have current knowledge of Saskatchewan Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legislations;




- Create site specific plans and procedures (as required) and ensure the implementation of LVS's Safety Program to create a safe work workplace throughout the jobsite;
- Inspects the work site continuously to ensure all LVS staff and trades partners abide by Ministry of Labour regulations and LVSs Health & Safety Policies;
- Must be able to read and thoroughly understand Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical drawings,
- Must be able to review and understand all reports and documents including , Site Services, Structural, Architectural, M & E,

Education & Skills:

- A High School Diploma is required. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, and/or journey person accreditation in related trades is preferred.
- Minimum three years of construction supervision experience required
- This is an on site position, ability to perform physical labour is a requirement.
- Valid drivers license is required.
