Job Summary
We're hiring a Construction Labourer to keep our job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a very hands-on, entry-level role — about 80% of your day is site cleanup, with the rest spent organizing the tool trailer and helping keep an eye on material inventory. No construction experience? We'll train the right person. This is a great entry point into the trades with a clear path to grow into a Skilled Labourer role.
What You'll Do
- Keep the job site clean and free of debris throughout the day — this is your main focus, most of your day
- Organize and maintain the tool trailer so tools and equipment are easy to find and in good condition
- Help track material inventory on site, flagging shortages before they cause delays
- Load, unload,
and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Assist the crew with basic tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to work hard and learn — construction experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Highly organized with an eye for keeping things in order
- Ability to handle physically demanding work in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
- Consistent daytime hours, no rotating shifts
