Lead meaningful consultation efforts with Squamish Nation as an experienced Consultation Manager.

Your role will drive strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and environmental stewardship in a collaborative setting. This position within the Ta na wa Yúus ta Stitúyntsam̓ Rights and Title Department requires a strategic leader with expertise in referral management and community consultation. You'll oversee team performance, manage operations, and enhance the Nation's referral management program.

Your passion for Indigenous rights and building strong relationships will ensure the protection of cultural interests and environmental priorities within Squamish Territory. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and continuously improve referral management strategy
- Provide leadership to Referral Analysts and support staff




- Coordinate timely referral reviews with team members
- Develop project plans and manage budgets for referral projects
- Monitor key performance indicators and program metrics

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in referral management
- 3 years leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Indigenous Rights and Title
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
