About LunchLink

LunchLink is Toronto's managed catering marketplace — "one link to every team lunch." We connect workplaces across the GTA with vetted restaurant partners, handling menu selection, delivery, and invoicing for one-time events and recurring office meal programs. We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Content Creator Intern to help bring our brand to life across social media and tell the story of great team lunches done simply.

What You'll Do

Brainstorm and create short-form video and photo content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) featuring our restaurant partners and workplace catering

Assist with scripting, filming, and editing content that captures the LunchLink brand voice — clear, transparent, and approachable

Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok using our content calendar

Capture menu and food photography that showcases our restaurant partners

Monitor social trends and suggest recent content ideas relevant to our office and workplace audience

Track engagement metrics and help report on what's working

Support storytelling around real office lunch experiences,



planning guides, and partner spotlights

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or a related field A strong portfolio, personal social account, or demo reel showing your content style (please include a link)

Comfortable with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices and trends

Strong written and visual communication skills

Creative, organized, and able to work independently with feedback

Based in or able to commute to Toronto, ON
