We are looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Assistant to work closely with and support our Head of Content & Influencer Marketing, while also assisting our E-commerce team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain experience across content creation, social media, influencer marketing, events, Shopify, e-commerce, and digital advertising.

What You'll Do:

Content & Influencer Marketing

- Support the Head of Content & Influencer Marketing with day-to-day content, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives across our brands.
- Assist with creating, scheduling, publishing, and organizing social media content.
- Capture photo and video content and confidently participate on camera when needed.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives, including product seeding, outreach, content tracking, and campaign coordination.
- Help repurpose organic content for paid advertising across Meta, Google, and Amazon.
- Explore and use AI-powered tools to support video creation, editing, and content development.
- Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, trends, and content performance.

Events & Brand Activations

- Support the planning and execution of events, activations, trade shows, runs, and community partnerships.
- Represent Pharmaris Canada brands and engage with consumers at events.
- Assist with event logistics, including booth setup, sampling stations, marketing materials, and event inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, event organizers,



and service providers as needed.
- Capture photo and video content during events and brand activations.

Shopify & E-Commerce

- Support day-to-day Shopify and e-commerce initiatives for both Pharmaris Canada brands.
- Help maintain and update website content, product information, images, promotions, and other Shopify assets.
- Assist with e-commerce campaigns, website merchandising, and basic performance reporting.
- Learn how content, social media, paid advertising, and e-commerce work together to support brand growth and online sales.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, social media, content creation, e-commerce, events, or a related role.
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and the health and wellness industry.
- Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic photo and video editing skills; experience with Canva and/or CapCut is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video creation, editing, or content generation is an asset.
- Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or other digital marketing platforms is an asset.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Availability to occasionally work weekends for events and brand activations.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Salary: $45,000-$48,000

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
