Responsibilities

- Support the AOS Lead for the sector in implementing AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application used to track aircraft progress and capture disruptions (NVA));
- Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to team leads, supervisors, and natural work teams;
- Coach daily routines aimed at meeting the plan and improving workstation performance;
- Support the progression of AOS maturity;
- Support workstation performance analysis;
- Act as the local point of contact for AOS standards;




- Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
- Ability to influence first- and second-level managers;
- Strong interest in coaching;
- Strong interest in working on the shop floor;
- Flexible schedule to coach both day and evening routines;
- Bilingual (French and English).
