Reporting to the Director of Pre-Certification Education, this role is vital for delivering and managing the CPA Pre-Certification Program.

You will be responsible for tackling complex student escalations and implementing operational strategies that maximize efficiency and engagement. Your analytical skills will drive a better understanding of program effectiveness and improvements. Key Responsibilities:
