Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Contractor to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and renovation projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction tasks, from framing and finishing to installation and restoration, all while contributing to the successful completion of projects that meet high standards.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently across various projects.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work with precision to ensure durability and quality.
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, drywall, and perform carpentry tasks with attention to detail.
- Conduct plumbing, electrical work, caulking, painting, and restoration activities as needed.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing accurate assessments of materials and labor requirements.




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction or related trades with a solid understanding of building processes.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with concrete finishing, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinetry installation.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including forklifts or other machinery relevant to construction sites.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices and project planning is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments including restoration projects or current builds.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or painting.
