Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller/Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on accounting responsibilities, empowering you to drive financial clarity, streamline reporting, and support our organizational growth. As a key member of our finance team, you will manage complex accounting functions, oversee financial statement preparation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties

- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify data integrity across various accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other accounting tools.
- Oversee budgeting processes by assisting in the development and monitoring of organizational budgets.
- Perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and implement corrective actions promptly.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
- Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial data.

Skills

- CPA Preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Skilled in payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Expertise in account reconciliation and detailed account analysis to ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide insightful financial reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
