- Maintain the tracking, planning, and recording of maintenance activities in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company approved manuals. Make entries in aircraft journey logs and technical logs.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure that they are completed within the time allotted in the Maintenance Schedule Approval as stated in the MCM. (AD’s, S/B’s, Inspections, Modifications, Overhauls, Project Maintenance and etc.)
- Review Maintenance Tracking (CAMP; WinAir) and liaise with the Production and Program Manager.
- Oversee the building of aircraft work packages and maintain aircraft inspection check sheets.
- Preparation of labour invoicing.
- Process, review and track required service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
- Control and maintain the calibrated tool program with designates.
- Investigate and correct Maintenance Audit Findings and Safety reports where applicable to this department.
- Review maintenance manual revisions to ensure MSA and Tracking system remain current.
- Maintain and update Maintenance Schedule Approvals.
- Responsible for Technical Records system.
- Direct supervision and mentoring of the planning and technical records personnel.
- Other related duties as required.
- Transport Canada AME License category M1 and M2.
- Ability to maintain a Restricted Airside Identification Card.
- Previous Maintenance scheduling and tracking management experience preferred
- Familiar with the rules and regulations found in the Canadian Aviation Regulations, as well as various aircraft manufacturer's Instruction for Continued Airworthiness.
- Minimum 2 years prior supervisory or management experience is required.
