We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires solid communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry is a plus, as you may assist with food handling and preparation.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the facility and services offered.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met during meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area as well as any dining or food service areas.
- Support food service operations by assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper food handling practices are followed.




- Handle guest complaints effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices related to kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
