So… What’s the Role?

We’re looking for Line Cooks & Prep Cooks, who love variety, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This is someone who

- Works hard, has fun, and embraces mountain life
- Jumps in to help wherever needed
- Takes pride in being a team player
- Is willing to relocate to Kananaskis for the season

Terms of Employment

- Full-time hours
- Share of gratuity pool and occasional banquet gratuities
- Affordable on-site accommodation with a private room

This position requires relocation to Kananaskis

What You’ll Be Doing

- Setting up and stocking kitchen stations with necessary supplies




- Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for service
- Preparing food according to established standards
- Cooking and plating menu items with the team while maintaining quality and consistency
- Following direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
- Rotating and stocking inventory based on business levels
- Following nutrition, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Maintaining a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and guests
- Supporting your teammates — because teamwork matters here

What You’ll Need

- Energy, enthusiasm, and a great attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy items
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Kananaskis Country Golf Course (from staff residence)
- Must always be of sound mind, exhibit good judgment, and report to work fit for duty.
