About Us

SIGNUP Sign Solution is a growing commercial signage company based in Richmond, BC. We design, manufacture, and install custom signage for retail stores, restaurants, offices, and commercial developments across Metro Vancouver.

We manage projects from concept to completion, including design, permitting, fabrication, and installation. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working both in the field and in the office, is eager to learn, and wants to grow with our team.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that combines project coordination (20%) with hands-on sign fabrication & installation (80%).

You’ll work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed smoothly—from sourcing materials and coordinating schedules to assisting with installations on-site. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.

No signage experience is required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. We will provide training.

ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination (20%)

- Coordinate commercial signage projects from production through installation.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Source materials and place supplier orders.
- Schedule deliveries and installations.
- Assist with site surveys and measurements.
- Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule.
- Help resolve day-to-day project issues.

Installation & Field Work (80%)

- Assist with the installation of commercial signage throughout Metro Vancouver.
- Install window graphics, dimensional letters, channel letters, light boxes, and other signage.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform site measurements and inspections.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.




- Work closely with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely.

- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working both in the office and on job sites.
- A good communicator with strong English skills.
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work.
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to occasionally work early mornings or evenings when project schedules require.

Qualifications

Required

- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and boom lifts.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Eligible to work in Canada.

Assets (Not Required)

- Experience in construction, signage, trades, manufacturing, or installation.
- Experience using power tools.
- Vinyl installation experience.
- Fall Protection or Boom Lift certification.
- Mandarin or Cantonese.
