This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial lawyer with a partial portable book of business who is looking to leverage a collaborative national platform while maintaining the agility and close working relationships of a smaller office. The Vancouver office operates with a lean team, allowing lawyers to work closely together while drawing on the experience and resources of colleagues across the firm's national platform.

Corporate and commercial transactions Commercial real estate Franchise law Tax-related transactions and corporate reorganizations Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate and commercial clients Advise private businesses, lenders, developers, investors, and entrepreneurs Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transactional documents Lead financing, acquisition, reorganization, and commercial real estate transactions Build and strengthen long-term client relationships Collaborate with lawyers across the firm's national platform to deliver comprehensive legal solutions Participate in business development and community engagement initiatives Strong background in corporate and commercial law ~ Experience in banking and finance, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, and/or tax-related matters ~ Excellent drafting, negotiation,
