We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Corporate Team Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing corporate team activities, supporting business operations, coordinating staff, monitoring performance, and helping ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the corporate team.
- Supervise, support, and provide direction to team members.
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines and company objectives are met.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and guidance when required.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Coordinate communication between management, sales, operations, customer support, and other departments.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare performance reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Organize team meetings and communicate company goals, policies, and operational updates.
- Assist in developing business strategies and corporate initiatives.
- Monitor customer and business requirements and help resolve operational concerns.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, reports, and internal documentation.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and professional standards are followed.
- Support management with planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, employee performance, and customer service.
- Build a positive, professional, and results-focused team environment.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in team supervision, management, business operations, sales management, or a related position is an asset.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members.
- Valuable understanding of business operations and performance management.
- Comfortable working with computers, business software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- Experience within payment processing, financial services, merchant services, sales, or point-of-sale solutions is considered an asset.
