- Manage complete claims litigation processes from onset to closure
- Work alongside Claims colleagues on assessments and strategies
- Participate in mediations, trials, and discovery processes
- Offer legal training and guidance across the team
- Suggest process enhancements to reduce risk exposure Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant litigation
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Member of Ontario’s legal regulatory body
- Proven skills in negotiation and communication
