KDW Counselling & Consulting is a relationally focused private practice built around a simple belief: that the struggles people bring to therapy are rarely surface-level, and that lasting change comes from understanding the patterns underneath. Our work centres on couples therapy, attachment, and relational healing, and we are growing a team of clinicians who share that orientation.

We are looking for a Registered Psychotherapist who leads with couples work. Not a generalist who also sees couples, but someone for whom relational and attachment-based therapy is a primary clinical interest and identity. If couples or relational work is where you feel most alive as a clinician, this practice was built for that.

The Role

This is an independent contractor position based out of our London office, with virtual sessions available across Ontario. You will carry a caseload of primarily couples and relational clients, with individual clients as appropriate to your focus.

This position is primarily evening and weekend-based. The anticipated schedule is as follows:

Mondays & Tuesdays 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Thursdays, 5-9 pm, and Saturdays 1-4pm (optional).

Responsibilities

Provide therapy to couples and individuals within a relational and attachment-informed framework. Work with relationship dynamics,



communication patterns, attachment injuries, and developmental trauma. Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with CRPO standards. Contribute to building and sustaining your own caseload, with supplemental referrals provided by the practice.

What We Are Looking For

Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO. Relational work as a primary clinical focus, not a secondary offering. Training in EFT, Gottman, RLT, or other relational and trauma-informed modalities. A warm, direct clinical style with strong interpersonal and administrative capacity. An existing Psychology Today profile or willingness to establish one.

Administrative support and a cell phone for clinical use.
