Join our dynamic team as a Counter Service Attendant. We are looking for a full time employee who can work consistent hours, schedule would be 9-5 or 12:30-8:30.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders.
- Prepare food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety, food prep including cutting of romaine and vegetables.
- Washing dishes
- Operate POS systems like Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering menu recommendations
- Manage food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, kitchen stations, and food prep zones
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support timely service
- Follow all food industry regulations and sanitation procedures diligently

Requirements

- minimum 1 year experience in food service or restaurant is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude




- Food safety certificate
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A proactive approach to upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
