Duties

- Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft to record, analyze, and reconcile financial data
- Perform detailed account reconciliation and bank reconciliation activities to maintain precise financial records
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including account analysis and budgeting documents for management review
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy in employee compensation records
- Assist with corporate finance activities,



including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required with proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft
- Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and auditing procedures
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial services functions
- Familiarity with corporate finance principles including budgeting and account analysis
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams in a rapid-paced environment
