Evenflow is looking to add a few valuable people to our team. We work mainly throughout the lower part of Southern Ontario, doing excavation, exterior waterproofing, interior basement water management, drainage, concrete work, sump systems, and foundation repairs.

We’re interested in talking to people with experience in any of the following areas:

- Experienced Crew Leader / Foreman — Someone with strong experience running crews and jobs involving excavation, exterior waterproofing, and interior waterproofing. You need to be able to organize a crew, understand the work, solve problems on site, and keep jobs moving.
- Experienced Excavation / Concrete Worker — If you have experience operating excavation equipment, working around foundations, concrete cutting, breaking and finishing, drainage, or similar construction work, we’d be happy to talk to you.
- General Labourer / Apprentice — Experience isn't required for every position. If you're physically fit, don't mind heavy work, show up every day,



and genuinely want to learn a skilled trade, we're willing to train the right person.
- Plumbing Experience Is an Asset — Knowledge of drainage, sump pumps, piping, plumbing, or related systems is valuable for the type of work we do.

Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle to get to our shop. From there, crews travel to the job sites. Typical working hours are mainly 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on the job and location.

Wages are competitive with industry standards and will be negotiated based on experience, skills, and the position.
