Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food, managing customer transactions, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely service and accuracy
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and sales
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and resolving issues promptly
- Support team members in maintaining a positive work environment and efficient workflow
- Help with opening closing shifts.





Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedure
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Versatile availability (evenings and weekends)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude to ensure guest satisfaction

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment while delivering quality service. Pay: From $15.00 per hour
