- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards of safety
- Operate the crushing plant with the monitoring panel and control panel in order to feed and crush efficiently
- Observe gauges, dials,
and machine operation to ensure compliance with supplier specifications
- Maintain communication with heavy equipment operators and field workers
- Adjust equipment, such as screens and conveyors, to control or vary the size or quality of the product to maintain a uniform flow of materials
- Good knowledge of mechanics to perform maintenance and repair of minor breakage
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a crushing plant operator
- Be meticulous and have a concern for quality
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Adequate physical capacity for the position
- Have a valid driver's license
