- Prepare all food for residents and employees
- Complete menu reviews for accurate meal prep
- Ensure compliance with food handling standards
- Conduct fridge and freezer temperature audits
- Serve therapeutic diets according to requirements Requirements:
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
- Red Seal Certificate preferred
- Experience in healthcare or retirement food service
- Knowledge of Canada's Food Guide and food regulations
