Customer Service / Hydraulic hose and fitting /Shipping

Permanent full time salary position, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Main duties

· Provide customer service for walk-in customers.

· Identify components or assemblies required by customers.

· Pick items from inventory to meet customers’ needs.

· Receive shipments. Identify parts from shipments. Place parts in proper bin location.

· Prepare packages and pallets for shipping.

· Pull and package parts to fill customer orders in a timely fashion.

· Build hose assemblies for customers.

· Must be able to identify various types of fittings and hose and be able to offer replacement options for our customers.

· Design and estimate custom hose assemblies based on customer needs and application.

· Create sales orders and provide an invoice for walk-in customer purchases.

Additional duties

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Perform physical inventory counts

· Follow assigned work schedule with consistent attendance/punctuality

· Adhere to all customer care standards





· Perform other duties as assigned

This position requires a physically fit person who possess the following qualifications:

Excellent written & communication skills

Being able to follow directions with minimal supervision

Being able to work with co-workers in a cohesive workplace as well as individually

Adapt and respond to changing work conditions

Basic computer skills

Ability to use measuring tools with precision.

Experience in the hydraulic wholesale environment and experience making hydraulic hose assemblies an asset.

Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
