Hi – if you haven’t heard of us, that’s ok – we’ve only been in business since January 2026. We've had a really busy first few months. The summer has been quiet as expected, but we’re ramping up for the fall and winter with a ton of new stuff going on, including opening our 5th sims room.

Oh, I should mention that we are a Premium Indoor Golf venue offering the best indoor golf experience by far. Our recent clients are blown away by the realistic simulation technology and our seriously fun setup, like private rooms and your own Bluetooth playlist. Everyone else says they have the best simulators, but ours were actually named the best by Golf Digest for 5 years in a row. So…

Anyway, we are looking for exceptional Customer Service fanatics who will love and nurture our clients, take care of the facility, pick up a broom or hand tool to drop a little maintenance, serve drinks and food, and bolster our social media feed with 5-star reviews.

In this role, you will be able to brag about working at one of Sarnia’s coolest upscale places, and you will be responsible for routine server stuff, like:

· Opening and closing routines

· Counting/balancing cash

· Greeting and directing customers

· Keeping the customers’ attention while delivering instructions

· Taking drink orders, preparing and delivering

· Taking food orders, preparing and delivering

· Cleaning tables, floors, emptying garbage cans and other general cleaning duties

Then there’s the other stuff that is unique to our business, where we need the right kind of person who has confidence and troubleshooting skills. Things like:

· Delivering nothing but the best customer service

· Being able to identify and correct typical simulator issues

· Changing out small parts, like the auto-tee





· Being able to deal professionally with customers whose games have been interrupted by a technological hiccup

· Staying cool under pressure

· Enforcing strict time limits on gameplay to keep the day moving forward for all customers

· Optimizing bookings and usage of the sims rooms

What you can expect from us:

· This is not a complicated job, but also, you will get a lot of training to make you feel comfortable, even if you haven’t been a server before or haven’t really golfed much or at all.

· You can expect to work days, evenings, and weekends. Our hours range from 8 am to midnight.

· If you’re a student or have another job, we can work with you to fit your availability

· You will be paid $18/hour plus tips for the first 3 months, which is the probationary period. After that, we will bump you to $20.

· Sometimes you will be the only person on shift, and at other times, you will work with 1 or 2 others. When you work alone, the tips are all yours. When you're part of a tag team, tips are shared. TBH, our customers are pretty generous.

· During your probationary period, you will be given plenty of feedback to let you know how you’re doing.

· This is a busy place; we are looking for the coolest of cucumbers.

P.S. To work for us, you will need your Smart Serve Certification. And if you have a Food Handler’s Cert, that’s a nice-to-have.
