SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

- Make Inbound/Outbound calls to qualify insurance leads
- Secure accurate potential client information
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Comprehend and contribute meaningful ideas to marketing plans.
- Maintain regular customer contact with prospects and customer contacts.
- Establish and build long-term business relationships resulting in completed sales.
- Generate leads and qualified prospecting through various marketing and direct selling techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Invite community to the office by telephone

- Strong communications skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Must be able to work flexible schedule meeting customer and potential customer availability.




- Must be a people’s person and be able to do direct sales.
- Strong written and verbal skills in business discussion and negotiation required.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Must demonstrate high level of integrity.

- Travel to booked shows/events/venues
- Open availability to work weekday evenings and/or weekends

* Please note this position is only responsible for marketing and accruing leads. A licensed Insurance Skilled will be taking over the sales and servicing. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Education

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:
- Tamil (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- RIBO License (preferred)
