Your Role: What You’ll Do

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring positive customer interactions and smooth office operations. Your responsibilities include:

Answering Phones – Professionally handle incoming calls, answer questions, and direct calls as needed.

Greeting Customers – Provide a friendly and helpful experience for walk-in customers.

Processing Payments – Assist customers with payments and ensure transactions are handled accurately.





Customer Assistance – Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support – Help with general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.

What You Bring to the Team

✔ Friendly & Professional Attitude – You enjoy helping people and providing great customer service.

✔ Strong Communication Skills – Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.

✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Able to manage multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly.

✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel and handling digital records.

✔ Previous Experience – Prior customer service or office experience is a plus!

✔ Work Authorization – You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
