Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy auto body and collision repair team in Guelph.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment. Previous experience in an auto body shop, collision repair, automotive service, or insurance industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule vehicle drop-offs, pickups, inspections, and appointments
- Open and maintain customer repair files
- Communicate repair updates, timelines, and completion dates to customers
- Coordinate with technicians, estimators, insurance companies, rental companies, and suppliers
- Assist with insurance claims and related documentation
- Prepare invoices, paperwork, and other administrative documents
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
- Coordinate rental vehicles and transportation arrangements when required
- Follow up with customers regarding repairs and outstanding information
- Ensure vehicles are properly documented at check-in and delivery
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues




- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment
- Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Automotive or collision repair experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience with collision repair management software is an asset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
