We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries and requests. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client phone calls and emails.
- Manage information requests and complaints.
- Track orders and deliveries.
- Provide information about services and rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Service-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $16.60-$30.94 per hour
