Responsibilities

- Guide new customers through onboarding and product setup
- Respond to customer questions with clear, timely, and helpful communication
- Educate customers on product features, workflows, and best practices
- Track customer goals, adoption signals, issues, and follow-up actions
- Identify risks and escalate technical or account concerns to the right teams
- Capture customer feedback and partner with product, support,



and sales teams

Qualification

Required

- Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain product concepts clearly to different audiences
- Comfort learning software tools and managing multiple customer conversations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment

Preferred

- Internship, part time, volunteer, or project experience in customer success, support, account management, or hospitality
- Familiarity with CRM, help-desk, project management, or collaboration tools
- Experience supporting a SaaS, technology, education, or recruiting product
- Basic ability to analyze customer usage data and identify trends
