Years of Experience: 7+ years of Project Delivery, Release Management, Cutover, or Transformation experience

We are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to support a large Contact Center Transformation initiative within a Financial Services environment. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cutover activities across business, technology, and data workstreams while ensuring deployment readiness and successful transition into production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all local cutover activities.

Develop detailed cutover plans, runbooks, and execution strategies.

Manage cutover rehearsals, dry runs, and reporting activities.

Coordinate business, technology, and data dependencies.

Support test, pre-production, and production cutover activities.

Facilitate readiness assessments and Go/No-Go decision processes.

Ensure stakeholder communication, issue management, and status reporting are executed effectively.

Client-Facing Expectations:

Coordinate with business, technology, and project stakeholders.

Lead cutover planning workshops and readiness meetings.

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities.

Provide regular status updates to program leadership.

Ensure successful execution of release and deployment activities.
