About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team at TBWA. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders from the automotive sector to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support media planning and optimization initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines, enhancing machine learning models, and creating strategic dashboards that inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in media and marketing analytics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of media analytics, leveraging data to optimize ROI and drive impactful campaigns for top-tier clients.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research,
or a related quantitative field
- 2–3 years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within media or marketing environments
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages
- Strong skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
- Knowledge of data pipeline development and maintenance
- Understanding of machine learning models and performance monitoring
- Excellent attention to detail and curiosity for data exploration
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions for key business problems
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and data warehouses that support reporting and analysis activities
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of media optimization models, including market mix models and media investment planning
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing machine learning models, making improvements as needed
- Contribute to audience segmentation and ad campaign measurement strategies on proprietary data platforms
- Partner with media, strategy, and creative teams to provide analytics support for campaign planning and execution
- Develop and maintain strategic dashboards in Tableau to visualize business performance metrics
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis, including share of voice and share of market projections
- Explain complex data insights and model results to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations
