Data administrators

- Maintain and manage company databases for trucks, drivers, customers, towing jobs, and service records.

- Organize and update data related to vehicle maintenance, dispatch operations, and customer accounts.

- Monitor databases to ensure information is accurate, secure, and available when needed.

- Perform regular database backups and restore data when required.

- Manage user access and permissions to protect confidential company information.

- Identify and fix database errors, system issues, and data inconsistencies.

- Maintain database security and help prevent unauthorized access or loss of information.

- Improve database performance and make changes when operational requirements change.





- Assist with transferring and integrating data between dispatch, accounting, fleet management, and other company systems.

- Maintain database documentation and records of system updates, backups, and changes.
