Availability

We are looking for someone who is available for daytime shifts, Monday–Friday, with weekend availability.

- Shifts can start as early as 8:00 AM and run through approximately 4:00 PM
- Part-Time or Full-Time availability welcome
- We are ideally looking for someone available at least 3 weekdays, plus Saturday and/or Sunday availability
- Wage is based on availability, Part-Time vs. Full-Time status, and previous experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Grill Team Member to join our team!

This position is focused on daytime kitchen operations, including opening the restaurant, preparing food, cooking, maintaining food safety standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

***Please note: This position requires opening the store. Opening duties include completing cleaning tasks such as boil-outs, preparing the kitchen for the day, and putting away truck deliveries into freezers and refrigeration. This involves regularly lifting and moving heavy items.

Responsibilities

- Open the restaurant and prepare the kitchen for the day
- Complete opening cleaning tasks, including boil-outs and kitchen sanitation
- Put away truck deliveries in freezers, refrigerators, and storage areas
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Cook and prepare food efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Follow proper food handling, food safety,



and sanitation procedures
- Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy when assisting at the front counter
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift
- Organize kitchen supplies and notify management when stock is running low
- Work with the team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and food service operations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
