Bear Mountain Housekeeping is hiring a Part-Time House Cleaner / Residential Cleaner to join our friendly 2-person cleaning teams in the Westshore / Greater Victoria area.
Schedule: 2 days per week, Tuesday & Wednesday
Hours: Approximately 9 AM–2 PM | 7-10 hours/week
Pay: CA$25/hour
No evenings or weekends

We’re a small, established local residential cleaning company that has served the Westshore for over 8 years. We value kindness, reliability, teamwork, and doing excellent work for our clients.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside an experienced Team Lead as part of a 2-person team:
- Clean residential homes throughout the Westshore
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop and complete general household cleaning
- Follow our established cleaning system
- Work together to complete homes thoroughly and efficiently
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and quality
What We Offer
- CA$25/hour starting
- Employee position — not subcontractor
- Tuesday & Wednesday, approximately 9 AM–2 PM
- No evenings or weekends
