As a receptionist, you’ll be the first person our customers interact with. You’ll help ensure they have a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your main responsibilities:

Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Take and relay messages
- Greet customers who visit the dealership and direct them according to their needs
- Perform certain administrative and support tasks
- Ensure the smooth flow of information between departments
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming




- Provide customer service that meets the dealership’s standards.

Desired Profile We are looking for someone who: Has an excellent sense of customer service

- Is cheerful, welcoming, and professional
- Is organized, punctual, and self-reliant
- Has the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Has experience in reception, customer service, or Experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
