Superior Cabinets is looking for a Dealer Design Representative to play a key role in our Dealer Sales team. This is an in-person position within our Saskatoon Corporate office. You will bring design experience, customer service, and sales experience to help dealer partners grow their business.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and Order Management

- Review designs and orders for accuracy, specifications, and improvement considerations.
- Assist dealers with quotes, proposals, and order processing.
- Provide support with software and processes.

Dealer Customer Support




- Build relationships and maintain regular contact with dealer accounts.
- Provide product training, service, and ongoing support.
- Remain knowledgeable on company products and market trends.

Business Development and Sales
- Participate in networking, training, and industry events.
- Collaborate with leadership to report on sales, targets, and growth initiatives.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify process improvements.

You have:

- 3+ Years of proven experience in kitchen design.
- Detailed knowledge of the cabinet industry.
- Experience with 2020, ProKitchens or similar software.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean record.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Proficient in Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.
