Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting our products to various customers across the province. Duties

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to retail, wholesale, and institutional customers
- Load and unload products to and from company vans and/or 5 tonnes trucks
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining proper documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with the manager, order desk, sales account manager and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record




- Experience operating larger vehicles including 5 tonne trucks is preferred
- Knowledge of how to perform basic automotive repairs if necessary would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate delivery documentation
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
