ABOUT THE ROLE

Fans Weekly Shop is the go-to destination for collectors and enthusiasts looking for the latest merchandise, memorabilia, and exclusive drops. We are looking for a hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a passion for retail, and are reliable behind the wheel, this role is for you.

You will play a vital part in our daily operations, splitting your time between delivering orders to our customers and assisting in the shop. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and is committed to representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Shop Assistance: Help customers with product selection, answer questions, and process transactions at the checkout.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the sales floor and in storage.
- Order Preparation: Pack online and in-store orders accurately and securely for customer pickup or delivery.
- Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers across Toronto using a company vehicle.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service in-store, over the phone, and during deliveries.
- Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and storage areas.
- Safety:



Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling merchandise.

WHAT YOU BRING

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in retail, delivery, or a similar role is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Toronto roads and routes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise.
- A positive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Reside in or within commuting distance of Toronto, ON.
