We're looking for a reliable delivery driver to join our team and keep product moving from our warehouse to job sites and customer homes.
What you'll do
Load and unload flooring product safely, delivering into homes and job sites. Most days you'll run deliveries with a partner, but you'll handle smaller runs solo. You'll do supplier pickups, help with shipping and receiving, and prep loads for the day ahead so the crew hits the ground running each morning. You'll also run basic pre and post-trip vehicle checks, keep the warehouse and work areas organized, and work with the team to coordinate the day's deliveries.
What we're looking for
- Valid Alberta Class 5 licence with a clean driver's abstract (must be able to provide one)
- Forklift certification, or willingness to get certified
- Comfortable lifting heavy product repeatedly throughout the day (boxes of tile and LVP, hardwood,
carpet and vinyl rolls can run well over 50 lbs)
- Works well with others and can also work independently
- Punctual and dependable, ready for early starts
- Qualified and respectful when working in customers' homes
- Safety-focused (we're a COR certified company, so safe lifting and PPE are part of the job)
What we offer
- Full-time, Monday to Friday. Typical start is 7:00 or 7:30 am, though hours can vary with the workload
- $23/hr to start, depending on experience
