You will support the delivery of exceptional dental care by assisting our pediatric dentist during procedures, including days of general anesthesia, managing patient flow, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will be vital for the success of our client services.
We are searching for an experienced bilingual candidate who can manage anesthesia schedules, coordinate shifts with anesthesiologists and nurses, and to prepare operatories according to procedures performed. Also, planing and ordering the necessary supplies/medications & other materials necessary.
Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring sterilization standards are met
- Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and treatments, including pediatrics cases
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage patient records using dental software such as Abeldent or Dentrix, documenting treatment details accurately
- Provide excellent customer service as a dental assistant
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintaining inventory of dental supplies
